Some of the users of Powder Trends requested us – that by the way, are increasing every day- to do a review about ski graphics for those of you who prefer slide down the ski slopes rather than through the savage mountain.
Those of you who thought there weren’t cool skis were totally wrong!
Discreet and dark, but at the same time very feminine. Rossignol designs ski with style for ladies.
This Italian brand keeps on being one of the best when it comes to vintage designs for skis, but beyond that 70’s look, there’s a carving ski build up with the latest technology, easy to ride and fun at the same time.
For the youngest ladies of each home, Roxy updates his Bliss model.
Scott throws in 2010 his Aztec design, a very versatile ski all terrain, of geometric figures overlapped. We love it.
The Italians of Vist have achieved the impossible: a beautiful giant race ski. Not beautiful, precious. Elegant, simple, and full with typographic details.
Once more, we have spent some time looking for the most shocking and original ski graphics, those that people keep on staring during the chair lift line. Those that make us ski looking downwards. Those that we keep in our rooms as part of its decoration during all of the year.
This has been the result.
Atomic Bent Chetler freestyle-backcountry
Atomic tries this year with a Japanese-urban inspiration, and surprise us with the Bent Chetler as the result.
This promodel is clearly the best expression of their rider Chris Benchetler, who continues innovating and turning the Backcountry on his own snow park. Booters, pillows, tree taps…this ski can handle with everything.
Its 123mm underfoot , will help you stomp an out of bounds booter as well as not to be sketchy on the landing thanks to the roker technology.
Line Chronic Cryptonite
Line continues with his crow, but this time even more aggressive, and illustrated by Dan Mumford.
This new design it’s based on the original Chronic, but counts with an even wider waist (93mm), continuing with line’s idea of wide park skis.
They are even harder and resistant than the rest of skis that compose the range, providing and extra stability and avoiding them getting bent when you stomp the illest jumps.
This is Tanner Hall’s option for this year. The lion of Judah, HaileSelassie I…very Tanner , always with his reggae style.
This year the come a bit harder: perfect to imitate our pipe idol.
The 80’s style is introduced with this 4Frnt Click for girls. Paint, markers and full of colour.
To end up with, the innocent touch come by the hand of these initiation skis K2 Missy for girls but, be careful, not because they are younger the come to be less rockers. Hannah Montana and freeski haven’t got to be incompatible.

Goggles designers have propose to show us even nature stuff. As they global fashion buddies, they’re using Animal Print. Let’s see some…
The zebra ones
Another edit, this time on the EG1s in tiger print. Electric is rawl!

This season, the powerful and growing Norwegian snowboard brand Bataleon, surprises us with a small but incredible range of boards All mountain / Freeride.
Leaving aside the technical breakthroughs of the boards (as the Triple Base Technology, which will be discussed later in this blog), the elegant Nordic aesthetic is 100% perfect.
Powerful and clear graphics for the most elegant riders.
Enemy is the lightest in its class, created for All Mountain / Freestyle. A machine for “kickers” in “backcountry” and for riping nonstop.
The graphics leave quite clear what this board is about; light and dynamic.
Undisputed is an incredible freeride machine, a magic carpet for powder snow, which will also respond in the most complicated crust and ice slopes.
The aesthetics of its labyrinthine graphics leaves no one indifferent. Less is more.
Omni is Powdertrends favorite, the most All Mountain of the collection offers an amazing versatility, from freestyle to freeride without complaints.
The graphics have left us speechless, geometric designs calculated at millimeter with a combination of fascinating colors.
LClean and attractive, omni is the queen of style in Batalleon All Mountain collection.
Soon we will have more of Bataleon.
